Stainless steel Sai

Over the years I have used a number of different styles of Sai as each manufacture made them just a little different but not exactly to fit me or were too heavy, needed to be chromed (that would peer off over the years), were hollow and dent and the grips would disintegrate. So over the last few months I have been designing, planning and now building Sai that fit be, were better balanced, not too heavy (about 730g each), had a rope grip, were solid and made from a a material that will not rut or shatter.

To this same end I have also standardised the build process allowing me to reproduce these and customised them to the user. All the need to is send me their had measurement across the palm(for the grip Tsuka), rough thickness of their palm/wrist(for the guard Yoku) and forearm length centre of palm to elbow (for the central shaft Monouchi).
